Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets each as India ran away with a comprehensive 68-run win.

Skipper Rohit Sharma scored a blistering 57 as India posted a fighting 171/7 against England in a rain interrupted match. Suryakumar Yadav was the next best scorer with 47 runs. Reece Topley rattled India early when he snapped up Virat Kohli for just 9 runs while Sam Curran snapped up Rishabh Pant for just 4 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Thursday as the Men in Blue lost 2 wickets in the powerplay.

England won the toss and opted to bowl first against India. Both teams will be fielding an unchanged XI. India has been unbeaten in the tournament while England thrashed the USA in their last Super 8 game.
